Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from design through commissioning. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication; ensure compliance with codes and quality standards; oversee design coordination, procurement, and site execution; and resolve technical issues and change orders. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, 8+ years in MEP projects with 3+ years in a leadership or project management role, proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD and MS Project, strong budgeting and contract-management skills, and excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
