Job Description
Marathon Explicit Suite seeks an experienced Mixologist for our hotel lounge in Lekki. Responsibilities include managing orders and inventory, maintaining menu and garnish prep, crafting beer and cocktail menus with brewery collaboration, ensuring stock and glassware standards, and creating innovative beverages. Candidates should hold hospitality-related education (preferred), know beer, spirits, wines, POS systems, and maintain cleanliness. Minimum 12 months similar experience (5-star preferred), proactive outlet marketing, knowledge of European wines, and staff training ability required. Full-time role. Salary from ₦80,00 per month.
