Job Description
Join our team as a Property Systems Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building systems including building automation (BAS), HVAC controls, access control, CCTV, and networked sensors. You will perform inspections, software updates, system integrations, and preventive maintenance; respond to service requests and coordinate with vendors and facilities staff. Required: technical diploma or equivalent experience, strong electrical and networking skills, familiarity with BAS, PLCs, and IP security systems, and good documentation ability. Must be able to work on-call, lift equipment, and travel between sites. Certification in HVAC controls or IT is a plus.
