Job Description
Matrix Design and Works is seeking a dedicated Operation Manager to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will collaborate with the production team to ensure timely project execution and high-quality standards. You will support the General Manager Ops in daily operations, oversee inventory, and coordinate logistics for efficient material and tool delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, mentoring staff, monitoring quality control, and maintaining vendor relationships. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role is required.
