Job Description

Mecer Consulting Limited specializes in business and management consulting and general training. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Abuja (FCT).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve complaints.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information on bank products and services.
  • Assist with account openings and transactions.
  • Cross-sell microfinance products and promote financial literacy.
  • Ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
