Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is seeking a Banking Officer Team Lead to join our dynamic team. You will lead a team of Business Banking Officers to source and grow SME and corporate clients. Responsibilities include driving loan portfolio growth, cultivating strong relationships, and monitoring portfolio quality for compliance.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business or SME banking, strong knowledge of the Victoria Island to Lekki markets, and mentoring skills. This is a full-time position with a salary starting from ₦300,00.00 per month.
