Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of operations management experience in banking or microfinance, with an in-depth understanding of banking operations, internal controls, and CBN guidelines.
Key responsibilities include leading process optimization initiatives and managing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, or a related discipline.
