Job Description
Medidirect Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage patient appointments, physician schedules, and meeting room bookings. You will answer phones, greet patients and visitors, and direct inquiries with empathy and professionalism; handle patient registration while maintaining strict confidentiality; prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and medical forms; and coordinate with departments for patient transfers, admissions, and discharges. Ideal candidates are organized, discreet, and team-oriented. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From ₦75,00.00 per month.
