Job Description

MEG Consults seeks a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. You will supervise cooks, support menu planning, maintain food quality and hygiene, monitor inventory and stock rotation, train junior staff, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Requirements: OND in Culinary Arts or related field, 2+ years as a Sous Chef or senior cook, strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail. Must be a resident of Abuja. Full-time position. Pay: ₦200.00 – ₦250.00 per month.
