Job Description
We are seeking a Hotel Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR compliance at our busy hotel.
Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensuring labor law compliance.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years hotel HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS.
