Job Description
Metzger Limited, a non-bank financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, is seeking an Internal Control Manager for our Victoria Island, Lagos location. This role involves ensuring the effectiveness of control systems through policy development, control implementation, audits, and monitoring compliance to prevent fraud and errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the annual audit plan.
- Conduct control tests and recommend new controls.
- Prepare management reports on KYC, Fraud, and AML.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant professional certifications required.
- 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance in a financial institution.
