Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to lead field representatives, drive sales targets, and develop territory strategies. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, setting performance goals, monitoring KPIs, managing recruitment and training, building customer relationships, and reporting results to management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct sales experience, proven leadership skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and a valid driver’s license. This role requires travel and a results-oriented mindset focused on team development.
