Job Description
Miala Media & Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will confirm orders with customers, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders with customers via phone calls
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered via our logistics partners
- Facilitate seamless communication between customers and delivery partners
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collect feedback to improve our service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Education: OND or higher
- Location: Must reside in Lagos
