Job Description
Lead brand strategy and in-store operations to drive sales and elevate customer experience. Oversee visual merchandising, local marketing, KPI tracking, inventory control, and staff training. Coordinate with headquarters on campaigns and product launches to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements: 3+ years in retail or brand management, strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in merchandising and P&L basics, excellent communication, and flexibility to work varied hours.
