Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Transport Officer to manage and optimize fleet operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching vehicles, supervising drivers, ensuring vehicle safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating maintenance, tracking fuel and expenses, and maintaining transport records. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in transport or logistics, a valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with routing software and MS Office. Ability to solve problems, manage vendor relationships, and monitor budgets is essential. This role reports to the Operations Manager and supports timely, cost-effective transportation services.
