Job Description
Telesales Executive at MLO RECRUITMENT AGENCY. The Telesales Officer will generate sales via outbound and inbound calls, convert leads, and build lasting customer relationships. Key duties: make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, present products clearly, address objections, meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, keep accurate call and lead records, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with sales and customer service. Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor’s, 1–3 years in telesales or call center roles, excellent verbal and listening skills, strong persuasion and target focus, basic CRM and spreadsheet skills, and resilience under pressure.
