Job Description
We are hiring a Sales and Customer Support at Mode Lagos Concept. You will be the face of the company—handling orders, responding to inquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email and phone, resolving complaints, maintaining product knowledge, and tracking orders and customer records to ensure excellent service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, completed NYSC, 2+ years customer support/sales experience, reside in or near Yaba, Lagos, aged 24-30, fluent English, comfortable with laptops and basic digital tools, able to work some weekends/public holidays, and onsite 23 days per month. Full-time, permanent. Pay: ₦100,00/month. Long-term commitment preferred.
