Job Description
Modern Lottery is hiring a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact, assisting customers in person, by phone, email, or social media; resolving issues; updating records; and preparing reports. Key duties include answering inquiries, providing accurate product/service information, handling complaints professionally and escalating when necessary, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring a friendly experience. Required skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities, calmness under pressure, problem-solving, computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email), and a customer-oriented attitude.
