Job Description
Mofade Hospitality is seeking a skilled Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations and personnel, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will utilize technology effectively and maintain an organized, productive staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop daily objectives for call center activities.
- Maximize productivity through effective resource planning.
- Analyze call-center statistics to improve performance.
- Monitor and enhance various handling procedures.
- Manage budgeting and expense tracking.
- Hire, coach, and train staff to uphold service standards.
Requirements: HND/OND qualifications, customer service experience, understanding of performance metrics, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 per month.
