Job Description

As a Customer Success Officer – Social Media, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We require an OND degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech.
