Job Description

The Head of Recovery will lead our debt recovery and collections strategy, managing a team to minimize delinquency and write-offs. You will design processes, set KPIs, implement data-driven approaches, and coordinate with legal and customer service to recover funds while maintaining compliance and customer dignity. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, experience with recovery platforms, and proven success reducing loss rates. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and drive continuous improvement across recovery operations.
