Job Description

Join our team as an Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and customer service at our retail/food outlet. You will manage scheduling, inventory, sales targets, visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Train and motivate a team, handle guest feedback, and prepare reports for senior management. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail or F&B supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and basic P&L familiarity. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends required.
