Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payable Accountant responsible for managing accounts payable, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, preparing timely payments, and supporting month-end close. You will ensure accuracy, maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities. Familiarity with compliance and internal controls preferred.
