Job Description
MOTA-ENGIL seeks a Heavy Equipment Trainer for a major rail construction project in Nigeria. You will plan and deliver classroom and hands-on training for excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and dumpers; enforce safe operation and basic maintenance; assess trainees and prepare reports and attendance records; oversee drills and report faults; and coordinate with HSE and Operations. Requirements: proven operator/technician experience, trainer preferred, strong safety and maintenance knowledge, clear communication, Nigeria rotation availability.
