Job Description
We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that grow engagement and drive conversions. You will build segmented lists, craft persuasive copy, design responsive templates, run A/B tests, and analyze performance metrics (open, click, conversion). Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency and deliverability best practices. Requirements: 2+ years in email marketing, experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot), HTML/CSS basics, strong analytical skills, and excellent copywriting. Passion for data-driven optimization and attention to deliverability details required.
