Job Description

Reports To: Manager – Customer Operations Walk In West 2

Division: Customer Relations and Experience

Mission: Contribute to the sustainability of the MTN brand by providing high-quality customer care to all MTN customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate and route customer issues to relevant process operators.
• Perform system transactions related to customer requests.
• Maintain subscriber data integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify customer impact trends and document resolutions.
• Assist with warranty repairs and communicate credit statuses.

Education: First Degree in any related field; Fluent in English.

Experience: 3-7 years in customer service, preferably in a call-center environment.
