Job Description
Join our team as a Sales and Distribution Supervisor to lead sales efforts and manage product distribution. You will supervise sales staff, develop territory plans, maintain key client relationships, coordinate logistics and route planning, analyze sales data, and ensure on-time deliveries and compliance. Provide coaching, set targets, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with warehouse and operations. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sales/distribution, leadership skills, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with ERP or route optimization tools.
