Job Description
MUSE Boutique Hotel Enugu is looking for an experienced Senior Cook or Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team. Our ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in preparing both local and international dishes. Strong skills in food costing, mise-en-place, and kitchen management are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present diverse dishes, manage mise-en-place, oversee inventory and portion control, maintain cleanliness, assist in menu planning, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience, completion of culinary school, and a strong passion for high-quality cuisine.
Compensation: ₦50,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month, based on experience.
