Job Description

Nathans Limited, the owner of the largest dry cleaning chain in Africa, is seeking dedicated Customer Service Executives for our Victoria Island branch. If you are a smart, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a passion for solving problems, we want to hear from you!

Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by assessing needs and providing solutions.
