Job Description
NEAT Microcredit is seeking a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to join our team in Abuja (Gwagwalada and Karu). In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage customer relationships, handle loan disbursement and collection, verify customer businesses, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers, verify businesses, ensure timely loan repayments, and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with strong skills in relationship management and customer service.
