Job Description
Neo Consults seeks Direct Sales Agents (Contract) to grow our microfinance business through deposit mobilization, account openings, and loan sourcing. Responsibilities include promoting bank products, meeting sales and revenue targets, and building customer relationships. Candidates should hold OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline; prior sales or marketing experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset are required. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Salary: ₦90,00 monthly + ₦10,00 allowance. Job Type: 12-month contract.
