Job Description
NEPTUNE MICROFINANCE BANK LIMITED seeks a Head of Agent & Merchant Business to lead POS acquiring, merchant payments, and agency banking nationwide. You will define commercial models (MDR, terminal fees), manage P&L, deploy and maintain POS terminals, recruit and fund agents, onboard merchants, oversee settlements, disputes and fraud controls, and ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, CBN). Required: expertise in POS/agency banking, NIBSS/PTSPs/switching, strong analytics, negotiation and field leadership. KPIs include active terminals, transaction volume, revenue per terminal, uptime, fraud ratios, agent retention and liquidity. Full-time. Salary: ₦300,00–₦400,00/month.
