Job Description
We are hiring disciplined, physically fit Bouncers for NEW ICELAND BEACH to maintain guest, staff, and property safety. Duties: control access, manage crowd flow at entrances, bars, lounges and events, detect and defuse conflicts, assist in emergencies, enforce beach rules, and submit incident reports. Requirements: SSCE, prior bouncer or security experience, strong fitness and presence, excellent communication, calm under pressure, trustworthy, and available nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position. Candidates must be vigilant, professional, and able to handle high-energy environments.
