Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to prepare delicious pizzas using high-quality ingredients and maintain excellent kitchen standards. The ideal candidate must be skilled in dough preparation, pizza baking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients daily.
- Create high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety procedures at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Ensure fast service delivery during peak hours.
- Create new pizza ideas or specials (if required).
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Cook, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of dough handling, baking, and topping combinations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shift hours.
