Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing field activities, ensuring effective communication between the organization and the community, and collecting valuable data for program evaluation.
The Field Officer will work closely with local stakeholders, facilitate training sessions, and assist in the development of project plans to enhance community engagement. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in diverse environments are essential.
Preferred qualifications include a background in social sciences, community development, or a related field. Prior experience in fieldwork is an advantage.
