Job Description

- We are looking for a Recruiting Officer who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and convincing qualified candidates to attend interviews for our collection roles.

- The Recruiting Officer will proactively source candidates, engage them through calls and direct outreach, and ensure a steady flow of interview-ready applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and contact prospective candidates for collection positions
- Convince a minimum of 10 candidates daily to attend scheduled interviews
- Clearly communicate job requirements, benefits, and career growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of contacted candidates and interview attendance
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Competencies
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant field with 1 – 2 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Confidence in phone-based recruitment and candidate engagement.
