Job Description
Lead daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Manage and coach a team of operators, assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve bottlenecks. Coordinate production schedules, materials, and equipment maintenance while enforcing safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and production metrics. Requirements: bachelor’s or diploma in engineering or a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma preferred. Reports to Plant Manager and collaborates with maintenance, quality, and planning teams.
