Job Description
Next Gear Group, a real estate company in Abuja, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients via calls, email, and chat; provide accurate property and service information; schedule viewings and consultations; log interactions in CRM; collect feedback; and collaborate with sales, marketing, and property teams. Required: proven customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, CRM proficiency, strong problem-solving, empathy, and teamwork. Real estate knowledge or a quick willingness to learn is preferred. Salary: ₦150,00/month.
