Job Description

The Nigerian British University, a private co-educational institution located in Asa, Abia State, Nigeria, is seeking a talented individual for the position of Human Resources & Admin Manager.

In this full-time role based in Lekki, Lagos, the HR & Admin Manager will lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance management initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing daily office operations, overseeing procurement and vendor management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Applicants should possess a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations, with a preference for HR certifications (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD) and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
