Job Description

The Reservations Coordinator oversees booking operations, responds to guest inquiries, and ensures accurate entries in the reservation system to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, confirming and modifying bookings, coordinating with front desk and housekeeping, handling cancellations and payments, and maintaining clear guest communication.

Requirements: 1–2 years hospitality or reservations experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with booking software, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
