Responsibilities include managing digital platforms and content, implementing online information and counseling services, coordinating referrals, ensuring data protection and confidentiality, tracking user metrics, and training staff on digital tools. The ideal candidate has experience in digital communications, protection or case management, strong coordination skills, and commitment to user-centered and ethical service delivery.
