Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive loan portfolio growth, attract new customers, and maintain excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in microfinance sales and customer acquisition within Nigeria’s financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities: Source and onboard new clients for financial products, conduct market surveys, assess customer needs, prepare loan applications, and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a related field, 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong microfinance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
