Job Description
Oaks & Acorns Montessori School Abuja is seeking a compassionate and proactive Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a child in a Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom activities, develop social and academic skills, and foster independence while respecting the Montessori philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized guidance during classroom activities.
- Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encourage independence while maintaining classroom dynamics.
Qualifications: Minimum NCE, ND, HND, or degree in Education preferred; experience with children; strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦60,00 – ₦80,00/month | Location: Abuja
