Job Description
The Merchant Partnership Executive will identify, recruit, and manage merchant relationships to drive revenue and customer value. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth integrations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales or partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools, strong analytical ability, and flexibility to travel are advantages.
