Job Description
Odixcity Consulting seeks remote bilingual Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. You’ll communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and represent the company across regions. Responsibilities include managing calls professionally, providing accurate information, resolving issues, documenting interactions, following scripts and quality standards, and meeting performance targets. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in call center/customer support, fluent English plus another language, clear voice, CRM and basic computer skills, remote work experience, stable internet and noise-canceling headset, and availability for shifts.
