Job Description
Odixcity Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Abstractor to work remotely. You will review patient records, extract and code clinical data (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), ensure accurate documentation for reporting, research, and quality improvement, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field; RN or clinical background preferred; 3+ years’ experience in clinical abstraction, coding, or health information management; strong medical terminology knowledge; EMR proficiency; and excellent communication and time-management skills. Salary: N500,00/month (Non-negotiable).
