Job Description
As an IT Application Support Manager, you will lead a team to ensure stable operation of business applications, manage incidents and problem resolution, and maintain SLAs. You will coordinate deployments, monitor performance, drive continuous improvements, and liaise with developers and stakeholders to prioritize fixes and enhancements. Candidates should have 5+ years in application support or IT operations, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with SQL and ticketing systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
