Job Description
OLTO RESOURCE DYNAMICS is seeking a full-time Leasing Officer to join our team in Oshodi, Lagos. This on-site role involves managing client relationships, processing leasing applications, preparing lease agreements, and conducting property inspections. You will negotiate with potential tenants, ensure properties are ready for move-in, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
Minimum qualifications include strong customer service and communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience in sales operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
Salary ranges from 150k to 192k Naira, with immediate resumption.
