Job Description
Join Olympic Inks Limited as Maintenance Manager. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and preventive schedules to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime. Manage maintenance staff—training, performance, and work-order prioritization—and coordinate with production and contractors to minimize downtime. Oversee budgets, resource allocation, CMMS implementation, inspections, failure investigations, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Use condition-based and predictive maintenance, analyze metrics for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions. Requirements: engineering degree, proven maintenance management experience, strong leadership, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦250,00–₦350,00 per month.
