Job Description
Omeri Group seeks a results-driven Business Development Officer to grow Cotton’s presence across Lagos estates, communities, and businesses. You will drive revenue, close deals, activate partnerships, and upsell subscription packages. Prospect and qualify clients (estates, SMEs, schools, property managers, corporates) via WhatsApp, phone, email, LinkedIn, and field visits; manage leads, CRM updates, proposals, quotations, and retainer plans; secure partnerships with estate committees, facility managers, HR/Admin, and agents; represent the company at events; track KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity; ensure smooth handover to Customer Success and follow up on renewals. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦80,00–₦120,00/month.
